Bendorphins is a passion project named after the joy that comes from spending time out in the trails. The term Bendorphins was coined by my girlfriend after seeing me full of endorphins after a good long run.
I’m an ultra runner and outdoor enthusiast based in Washington DC. Bendorphins is a way for me to share stories about run vacations, runcations, around the world, the nutrition that fuels me, and the gear that supports me, and most importantly, the people I get to share these trips with.
